Hello New Cheldan Homeowners!

Hi to my two newest Cheldan neighbors – both first-time homeowners! Bea was involved with her new home – the Newcastle plan – from the “dirt up.” We just completed construction and she’s settling into her beautiful new home. Jessica and Edgar purchased a new, finished Brownwood plan in Marine Creek. As a footnote – Edgar helped his father sheetrock our homes while he was in high school a “few” years ago! His father’s company is still partnering with Cheldan Homes. It’s always an honor when our trade partners choose us when they or their families purchase a new home.

Besides Spring Creek and Marine Creek, I also have homes and home sites in Escondido Eagle Mountain Lake, Bonds Ranch, the Hills of Lake Country and Boswell Ranch. Come see me anytime!

Jump In, The Water's Great!

Doesn’t this make you want to jump right in? Our new amenity center just opened for the exclusive use of Westover Village residents. In addition to the full-size pool for older children and adults, there’s a kiddie splash pool and a spacious deck for relaxing and plenty of green space. The Amenity building provides picnic tables under the shade of the portico and on-site restrooms and showers.
