Sun View Estates Opens New Model!

Exciting news in Sun View - Cheldan Homes just moved into a new model and sales office in Phase 6 of Sun View Estates! The new model is a 2022 SF McKinley I plan (2022 SF) - Cheldan Homes' best selling plan. Also, the new model showcases the latest in furnishings and design trends.

Phase 6 of Sun View offers 60' wide lots, which means we can now sell homes from our very popular 5000 Plan Series. We still offer many of the best-selling 4000 Plan Series, along with some great new two-story offerings. Prices in Sun View Phase 6 start at $128,990.

This week, we hosted the White Settlement Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting ceremony. Chad Mauppin, Sales Consultant at Sun View, cut the ribbon as we celebrated the opening event. We're very excited about all the new changes at Sun View Estates!
