Lexington Loves You

I just love my neighbors in Lexington Parke!

They are always ready for fun and to get better acquainted with their newest neighbors. On Saturday afternoon, the Lexington Parke neighbors gathered for some barbecue and volleyball at my Cheldan Homes model. I invited our current homeowners, the families that will be closing this month and next, plus the new homeowners that just closed, so the new folks could meet the "rest of our family". Due to the weather being cold and nasty, we did not have the volleyball game after all. But, that didn’t stop the 12 families – all homeowners – who attended or stopped by to greet the future homeowners of Lexington Parke! Everyone had a great time getting to know each other while dining on some delicious Rudy’s Bar-B-Que provided by one of Cheldan’s lenders, UAMC. The children had a great time hunting for Easter eggs and everyone enjoyed visiting with their neighbors.
