Anne Carrancejie - 2009 Best Sales Professional

This weekend was a proud weekend for Cheldan Homes. Cheldan Homes sales consultant Anne Carrancejie was named the “2009 Best Sales Professional” by the Greater Dallas Homebuilders Association at its annual awards ceremony on March 28th. The HBA’s criteria for the Best Sales Professional is industry knowledge, customer satisfaction and 2008 sales volume.
Last year, Carrancejie sold 85 homes, with an average sales price of $140,000. Anne manages three neighborhoods for Cheldan Homes: Marine Creek and Bonds Ranch in Fort Worth and Spring Creek in Saginaw. In 2006, Anne was also recognized by the Dallas HBA with its “Sales Rookie of the Year” award.
I’d also like to acknowledge two other members of the Cheldan new home sales team who were finalists in this year’s Dallas HBA competition. Lewis Dawson sold 48 homes in 2008 in Mistletoe Hill and Creekside Estates. Lew still sells in those two neighborhoods and also manages Lasater Ranch in Crowley. Trey Hart, who sells our high-end Kaden Homes product (www.kadenhomes.com), sold 18 homes in 2008 with an average sales price in excess of $300,000. Trey sells in the Prairie Timber Estates subdivision in Burleson, Texas.
I am very proud of the entire team of Cheldan sales professionals, especially because 2008 was a challenging year for our industry. The Cheldan team continues to be a critical component of our company’s continued strength. Employees like Anne, Lew and Trey – who give an unparalleled effort day after day – are an inspiration to co-workers and clients alike.
